Check for the 220V power supply using a universal wattmeter, if available, then check for poor induction of the 2 carbon brushes by the radar head. If the carbon brushes show dim surfaces, it would mean poor induction and you must replace it immediately. If there is no 220V power, check for broken fuses in the switchboard, if yes, all broken fuses must be replaced. If the replaced fuses break again, it would mean the radar head is NG, replace the radar head immediately.
