A too greasy hydraulic unit may cause the parts in the pressure-regulating valve wear out by oxidation. Remove the pressure-regulating valve counterclockwise along with the plastic parts inside; remove the greasy stains using tools before making a full cleaning using a spray gun and eventually, load the parts back accordingly before resuming normal operation.
