1. Power cord (O1): black color and white color are for AC220V, green color is for 24V, no oil. Startup power cord (two-wire set) (O2) 12V-24V is the delayed power supply. Proximity switch sensor line (one set) (O3)

2. The number of seconds can be adjusted freely from 1 to 240 seconds. To set up the oil injection time, first, set at 0 degrees, and then set at 180 degrees for oil injection diagonally. Then, set at 10 degrees, and, again set at 190 degrees and so on. The panel calculates automatically. Each injection point is different, so that every position will be lubricated.

3. Press "Direct oil Injection" and set/execute (O4), all actions will be restarted from 0 degrees. The oil injection time is from 0.5 seconds to 30 seconds. And the stop time is between 0 and 60 minutes. It can be adjusted in according to requirement.

4. During normal operation, the number displayed on the panel indicates RPM. This panel displays the number of machine RPM settings.

5. A, B, C, D lights (O5) represent the oil injection port positions. A is set for No. 1 to No. 3 oil injection ports. B is set for No. 4 to No. 6 oil injection ports. And C and D are reserved ports.

6. When "Err" appears on the panel, the proximity switch sensor is damaged and the machine stops automatically. Simple troubleshooting: first unplug the green wire 24V to stop normal operation of the machine. At this time, the diagonal oil injection function stops. Because the no oil indicator has been removed, please pay attention to determine that the oil reserve is sufficient. Because that the proximity switch sensor will be replaced immediately, for the oil injection machine to function normally and smoothly.

7. The no oil warning light (O6) means that the no oil warning light is on and stops automatically. When the oil is full, the no oil light turns off and starts to operate after start up.
